The Legal Age; Did You Know?

Did you know that the age of criminal responsibility is different in every country?
Shockingly, in states like North Carolina the minimum age is 6 years old! and 7 is the minimum age in most states; for federal crimes the age has been set at 10. So a child can be punish and be treated like a subject to penal law sence the age of 7 in the Unite States of America.
In countries like Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Tanzania and Thailand, the minimum age is 7, In Nepal, Australia and Uk, the age is 10, Germany, Italy, Japan, Vietnam, the minimum age is 14, and in international criminal court, Belgium and DR Congo the minimu age is 18.
Some states refuse to set a fixed minimum age, but leave discretion to prosecutors to argue or the judges to rule on whether the child or adolescent ("juvenile") defendant understood that what was being done was wrong. If the defendant did not understand the difference between right and wrong, it may not be considered appropriate to treat such a person as guilty.
Interestingly, in Chile the minimum penal age has been set at 14 and fortunately has been created a special sistem to be aply until the age of 18, to help the child.

This differences make us think how countries developed judge small children, opposed to what you coul believe.

The video is about a parody of Amy Winehouse that in this case sends a message refer to stop the airoport expansion.

She -he-starts wonder why if change is so good, the climate change is so bad.

First is necessary say why the expansion of the runways in the airoport is to bad. In the video, demonstrator says many reason, like that generate more polution for the planet, create more global warming, that change the climate and many people dies for it, unnecessary noise, etc (also they say that people in UK flys more than any one else in the world).

The more strong message is the one that says "planet before profit" -also came with the idea that they spend money only for a small part of the population- and the one that says that "the planet is heating up so we must stop the expansions of runways".

Finally, Amy Greenhouse ask; what can we do about it?, and the answer is; say NO, NO NO!!!

Family : Happiness?

Well, i belive that happiness is reach by a lot of factors, and clearly the family gets place in an important part of it, specially if your family are close. The bounds that you have with your mom, dad, brother and sisters is unbreakable and last for ever.

You always get mad, upset or fight, but your sister is always your sister -and of course the same with your brother-. In my case i´ve have two sisters and one brother, and no mather how mad i can get, they will always be my family, and that is unique.

Also you can include in the concept family more people than your nuclear family. I am talking about the extend family; grand parents, aunts and uncles, cuosins, nephews, and the list continues.

I have a really close extend family and i love it. We get together where ever we can, and we share everything.
